2. Digital Products

Our products are primarily delivered as digital files (PDF or similar). Because digital goods can be copied upon delivery, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

3. Eligible Situations

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened with standard software.
• You received the wrong product compared to your confirmed order.
• The product description materially differed from what was delivered.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

• The product meets its described function but does not suit personal taste.
• You lack compatible software to open standard PDF files.

5. How to Request a Return

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days where possible. We will confirm the outcome by email.
